Advancing Timely Care, Inclusion, and Pathways to Mainstream Education

Today, a Children in India team member visited the District Early Intervention Centre (DEIC), Jamnagar, Gujarat, reaffirming our commitment to early identification, timely intervention, and inclusive care for children with developmental delays and birth defects.
District Early Intervention Centres play a crucial role in ensuring that children with developmental challenges receive appropriate assessment, referrals, and support at the right time. Early diagnosis and structured interventions help address developmental needs effectively, laying a strong foundation for a child’s overall growth and well-being.
Through continued field engagement and collaboration with DEIC teams, we aim to strengthen systems that support families and guide children toward mainstream education. Inclusive learning environments empower children with developmental delays and congenital conditions to learn, grow, and thrive alongside their peers with confidence and dignity.
At Children in India, we believe that every child deserves an equal opportunity to reach their full potential. Early care, coordinated support, and inclusion make that possible. Together, we continue working toward a future where no child is left behind and every child is supported to build a brighter, healthier tomorrow. 🌟✨
