Bringing Every Child Into the Classroom

February 12, 2026

Today, a Children in India team member visited the District Early Intervention Centre (DEIC), Jamnagar, Gujarat, reaffirming our ongoing commitment to early childhood care and inclusive development.

The visit focused on engaging with children identified with developmental delays and other special needs, while reinforcing the importance of early identification, timely intervention, and structured support systems. These foundational steps are critical in enabling children to transition confidently into mainstream education.

Through collaborative engagement with DEIC teams, caregivers, and community stakeholders, we continue to strengthen pathways that ensure children receive equal opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive alongside their peers. Inclusion is not merely about access—it is about belonging, dignity, and empowerment.

At Children in India, we remain committed to building a more inclusive and compassionate society—one where every child belongs in the classroom and beyond. 🌟✨
