Strengthening Early Intervention and Mainstream Education in Dharpur, Gujarat

Today, our District Programme Coordinator from Dharpur, Gujarat, visited the District Early Intervention Centre (DEIC) as part of our continued efforts to strengthen early intervention systems and promote inclusive care for children with developmental delays and disabilities.
The visit focused on identifying children in need of timely support, guiding families toward appropriate services, and reinforcing the importance of integrating every child into mainstream education. Through early identification, structured counselling, and coordinated referrals, we aim to ensure that no child is left behind due to disability or developmental delay.
By working closely with DEIC professionals and caregivers, we continue to build collaborative systems that prioritise awareness, action, and sustained support. Early care not only improves developmental outcomes but also lays the foundation for children to learn, grow, and participate confidently alongside their peers.
At Children in India, we believe inclusion begins with collective responsibility. Together, we are creating opportunities where every child has the right to belong, to learn, and to thrive. 🌟✨
