Every Child Belongs. Every Child Can Learn.

February 11, 2026

Our dedicated team member, District Programme Coordinator Ms. K. Kalpana, recently visited the District Early Intervention Centre (DEIC), Tanuku, Andhra Pradesh, as part of our continued commitment to advancing inclusive education for children with special needs.

The visit focused on identifying children with developmental delays and disabilities and strengthening pathways for their integration into mainstream education. Through close collaboration with DEIC professionals and caregivers, the initiative emphasised the importance of early intervention, timely referral, and sustained educational support—critical elements in enabling every child to reach their full potential.

At Children in India, we believe that inclusion is the foundation of a just and equitable society. By ensuring access to mainstream education and structured early support systems, we are creating meaningful opportunities for children with special needs to learn, grow, and thrive alongside their peers.

Together, we continue building classrooms—and communities—where every child truly belongs.
