Expanding Early Identification, Timely Intervention, and Inclusive Education in Tamil Nadu

Today, a member of the Children in India team visited CRC Madurai, Tamil Nadu, reaffirming our commitment to early identification and comprehensive support for children with developmental and physical needs.
During the visit, 21 new children were enrolled, and diagnostic assessments along with appropriate support services were initiated to ensure timely intervention, inclusive care, and structured referrals. Early and coordinated action is essential in addressing developmental concerns and improving long-term outcomes for children.
A key focus of our work remains the integration of differently-abled children into mainstream education, ensuring they receive the therapeutic, educational, and emotional support needed to learn, grow, and thrive alongside their peers. Inclusion is not only about access—it is about dignity, opportunity, and belonging.
Each field engagement strengthens our ability to reach children early, empower families with knowledge and support, and build sustainable pathways to care and education.
Together, we continue working toward a future where every child in India has access to care, inclusion, and equal opportunities to achieve their full potential. 🌟✨
