A Visit to DEIC and SNCU Wards in Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh

Our team recently visited the District Early Intervention Centre (DEIC) and Special Newborn Care Unit (SNCU) wards in Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh, where we had the opportunity to interact and collaborate with dedicated professionals working tirelessly for children’s health and development.
During the visit, we met Dr. Indraja, a paediatrician known for her compassionate care and commitment to young patients. We also interacted with Anjiali Mam, a physiotherapist who plays a crucial role in helping children regain mobility and build physical strength through consistent therapy and support. Gowtham Sir, a special educator, shared insights into inclusive learning practices that help children with different abilities progress with confidence. Additionally, the Ortho OP team demonstrated their vital work in providing essential orthopaedic care to children in need.
Witnessing the teamwork and dedication of these professionals was truly inspiring. Each individual plays a critical role, yet together they form a strong support system focused on early intervention, rehabilitation, and inclusive development.
Such collaborative efforts are key to ensuring a healthier, happier future for every child. By working hand in hand with medical and educational professionals, we continue to strengthen systems that place children’s well-being, dignity, and growth at the centre of care. 🌟
