Walking Towards Hope: Empowering a Child with Cerebral Palsy Through Mobility Support

January 6, 2026

Tauseef Azar (name changed), an eight-year-old child living with cerebral palsy, is taking meaningful steps toward greater independence with support from the Children in India Clinic in Delhi.

To aid his mobility, Tauseef was provided with a suitable assistive device, carefully selected to meet his physical needs and enhance his movement. This intervention has helped him move with greater confidence and comfort, marking an important milestone in his developmental journey.

Equally vital was the support extended to his family. Through counseling and guidance, caregivers were equipped with the knowledge needed to ensure continuity in therapy sessions at home. This family-centered approach strengthens progress beyond the clinic and reinforces the importance of consistent, informed care.

At the Children in India Clinic, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to move freely, grow confidently, and thrive with dignity. By combining assistive technology with emotional and practical family support, we are helping children like Tauseef build brighter, more independent futures—one step at a time 💙👣
